What can you do in 26 days? Oh my goodness.  It’s August.  August 7, to be exact.  July flew by! So I did start Shift Shop.  I did a couple days of it.  I didn’t feel like I connected with it, although I did feel like it was a great workout (I was sore the next day!).  It’s a great workout to move from move to move, from one exercise to the next, to the next, to the next…..  Definitely check it out!
