Valentine’s Day is right around the corner.  How are you going to love yourself? Did you know that having a regular exercise routine can help you love yourself more?  The benefits of the endorphin rush are more than physical–they have a powerful emotional impact too. You feel accomplished–nothing like overcoming a challenge! July is well upon us.  Where did the time go?  My first half of the year goal was accomplished, holiday has been celebrated, now it’s time to set a new goal. My first half goal was my half marathon.  I did complete it, beating my goal time by 3 minutes, and finishing with my daughter, which made me so happy and as she started running with me I totally didn’t care anymore about my time.  Running with her, and seeing her sense of wonder as we crossed the finish line, was so cool and something I want to do with her over and over again.Read More →
